Company Overview
HCFX is a property-centric home management platform designed to help homeowners track, manage, and protect their most valuable investment. The platform provides six core tools: Dashboard, Digital Binder, Systems Inventory, Project Management, Maintenance Calendar, and Mobile Access. Unlike traditional home management apps, HCFX builds a property profile that follows the home — not the owner — creating a living record that adds value for current and future homeowners.
HCFX also serves home service professionals through HCFXPro, a contractor-facing platform with estimate wizards, role-based dashboards, client portals, and trade-specific tooling for painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general contracting.
