When you add a client in HCFX Pro, you can invite them to a branded portal where they can view project progress, uploaded documents, maintenance schedules, and before/after photos. They get a read-only view of their property data without needing their own subscription.
Your data belongs to you. Upon cancellation, you retain access through the end of your billing period. After that, you have 30 days to export all data in standard formats (CSV, PDF, ZIP). We never delete data without notice.
No. HCFX Pro is a standalone professional platform. However, your clients can optionally use the free HCFX homeowner app to manage their own property data, which syncs seamlessly with your Pro account for shared properties.
Yes. HCFX Pro works as a mobile-optimized web app on any device. Take photos, log daily work, capture system data, and update job statuses from the field. A native app is on the roadmap.
